      A virtual assistant or VA, is a professional business owner who provides administrative and support services to business owners, entrepreneurs and other busy professionals. VAs work from their own offices and use all of their own equipment and software.

      What are the benefits of hiring a Virtual Assistant?

      By contracting a VA, you get instant support from a highly skilled individual, committed to increasing your productivity, by completing tasks you would prefer not to do.

      How will I be billed?

      All monthly retainers are billed on the 25th of each month and must be settled in full by the 1st of the new month.

      ADHOC hourly tasks will require a deposit of 1 full hour to secure the services of a virtual assistant. For all work exceeding 1 hour, a deposit of 75% pro-rata will be required of the quoted proposed total. All outstanding amounts are to be paid on completion of the tasks.
